Q: What sizes are available? How do I know my size? 

A: We offer a wide range of sizes from S to XXXL. See our size chart here. The shirts are a generous cut. If you are between sizes, we recommend a size down. We currently only offer men’s shirts. Women can buy the shirt. We recommend a size or two smaller than their normal size. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept major credit cards


Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. You can return or exchange your items for a full refund or store credit, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we do not ship internationally at this time. Some of our customers have shipped the shirt to a friend in the United States and then had it shipped to them outside of the US. .


Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

A: We process our orders within 48 hours. For shipping, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You should receive your order between 5- 7 days.

Q: How do I wash my shirt? 

A: Elliott Collection shirts are made with 2 Way Stretch which gives you the range of motion and helps maintain its shape. We also use high-quality, premium dyes so the shirt maintains its vibrancy. However, high heat can break down the polyester. You can wash it on a normal cycle but we recommend you set the water temperature to cold or warm. We also recommend you dry it on permanent press or a lower setting. As with your normal wash, you can use an all-purpose detergent and fabric softeners. However, the InvisibleTouch fabric is already pretty soft.
